For years, alcohol was a “normal” part of my life.
I spent more than a decade thriving in New York City with a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry. My life revolved around sales meetings, happy hours, and endless networking dinners. This lifestyle felt like part of the job.

But when life shifted to marriage, motherhood, and the suburbs, my relationship with alcohol shifted too. I was navigating the grief of losing both parents, the trauma of a stillbirth, the pressure of raising three kids, and the demands of a full-time corporate career.

On the outside, I seemed to have it all together.
Behind the scenes, I was exhausted, anxious, and numb — relying on alcohol in the evenings to make it through each day.

Eventually, drinking stopped being social. It became my private coping mechanism, my secret “reward” at the end of every overwhelming day.

The shame, guilt, and emotional hangovers were worse than any physical one. I kept promising myself I’d stop tomorrow, but the cycle just kept repeating.

My breaking point came when I finally admitted I couldn’t do it alone.

I entered rehab. I relapsed. But I kept going.

The game-changer was finding a community of sober moms who understood me — who reminded me I wasn’t alone and that recovery was possible.

Today, as a sober mom and recovery coach, my life is completely different.

I wake up clear, grateful, and energized. I show up fully for my family. I lead with integrity. No more hangovers. No more hiding. Just real connection, presence, and joy.

With over 30 years in the healthcare industry, I’ve woven together my professional expertise and lived experience to help women break free from alcohol and create meaningful, fulfilling lives in sobriety.

My coaching is rooted in compassion, honesty, and connection.
